With the growth of urban living and reduced kitchen space, condiments are often stored exposed on the countertop. Keeping the crowded countertop constantly clean and organized can be a challenge with the oily cooking fumes in Asian Kitchens.

The Umami 500ml (17oz) containers were created with a transparent PC/Tritan material, which resists staining and makes it easy to clean off oily cooking fumes that accumulate on the surface. The tight, spill-proof lid protects the contents from humidity, prolonging the freshness of the seasonings.

A dual-measurement spoon of 5ml (1 tsp) and 2.5ml (1/2 tsp) rests elevated on a recessed sidewall within the container for convenient access, keeping dirty fingers from contaminating the condiments.

The Umami is an attractive and multipurpose container that also fits perfectly in a drawer, in the fridge, or on the table.
The ‘Soy Server Gen 2’ and ‘Umami 500ml’ are an elegant pair; designed to serve the urban home, protecting and preserving condiments for hygienic, mess-free handling.
